New subscription

I have just subscribed to a ring protect plan but it still isn’t let me view recordings, why is this? I understand that I won’t be allowed to view recordings before I subscribed but even the new ones since are unviewable.
Any ideas?

Hi @Stevenh2144! If you’ve successfully subscribed to a Protect Plan and applied it to the Ring device on your account, any videos that were recorded thereafter should certainly be viewable. You can check on your subscription status by logging in at I recommend removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device to see if the videos are viewable after that. If this concern persists, please let us know what message you get when trying to view a video, if any.
