Hi @Ronen. I would suggest resetting this device and then reconnecting it to WiFi. To reset, you can use a paperclip to press and hold the reset button on the side of the Chime Pro for 20 seconds, then release. After that, you can reconnect it to WiFi. Let me know if this helps.
