New owner had enough

Just changed our internet provider and connected all devises in the house without any issues.
However, when it comes to the ring doorbell. Not a chance. 3 hrs of trying and I’m done with it. Back in its box and ready to send back.
Can’t be doing with stuff that doesn’t work.
Don’t get me wrong, it was fine. Setting it up out the box and up and running in less that half an hour. But now! Well that’s a different story and not a happy ending.
