Hi I recently got a floodlight camera installed and it was working great for a week then it went offline and is completely unresponsive to anything I have checked the power WiFi followed all the trouble shooting and nothing no flashing lights for set up mode or anything I just don’t know what to do.

Try powering off this Floodlight Cam via switch or breaker, then power back on to see if it resolves this concern. As the Floodlight Camera uses high voltage, we are unable to advise on power related factors, and advise consulting with a licensed electrician if needed.
