I have had Ring with all the same devices for years. All of a sudden I am getting a notification of motion at “The Big B----”. I do not own anything called that and when I go into my devices it’s not there. Any ideas?
Hi @user44672. Has anyone added you as a Shared User for their Ring devices? If so, I’d check those Locations in the Ring app to see if the owner has changed their device’s name. Tap the Location name in the top center of the Ring app screen to bring up a drop-down list of all the Locations in your Ring app.
