Easy fix. Called Ring, when you go into your settings on the ring app itself, where you can select the tone, it will prompt you that your sounds are on your SD card, I had to allow access and then they were there. Open ring app>devices>(doorbell name)>device settings>notification settings>app alert tones. You should then see a pop up at the bottom that says “The app Alert tones you choose are stored on your andriod phone. To continue, allow storage.” Then click ENABLE STORAGE >then “Allow ring to access photos, media, and files on your device?” Click Allow. You should then be able to see all the ring tones there were and be able to change the sound to what you like, or just the factory sounds.
