Placed an order on 11/28 and still don’t have it. Called 6 times. As a long term ring customer the service has gone downhill. Big Amazon bought them and you can’t get results. Called and called and nothing. We will be going back to ADT for our needs. I have given them one last time to send product.
Same thing here. Never had an issue ordering devices in the past. It’s a shame that Amazon can’t do a better job with it. It’s been a month and I still don’t have my 2 floodlight cams. Customer service has no clue how to help. They just feed you scripted lines and tell you to give it more time. Will have to just cancel the charge through my credit card. Have 3 other devices but considering switching systems.
