Not able to get the neighbors section of the app to work. I moved to a new house with the same router and now my neighbor address is set to earth and won’t let me change it. Has anyone ran into this before and possibly found a solution?
Hi @Becca301. Can you share a screenshot of what you see when you try to access the Neighbors section in your Ring App? I’d be happy to take a look at what you’re seeing on your end. Please make sure to block out any personal information, such as your address.
