I was unable to find the correct category and tag. I’m new to Neighbors by Ring and I’m having difficulty locating my neighborhood group.
Would someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction?

Hi @DakotaP. To clarify, are you trying to access the Neighbors App? You can find more information on the Neighbors App here as well as links to download the app if needed. The Ring Community, which is where you are posting now, is a neighbor-to-neighbor forum where neighbors can ask questions and find answers about their Ring devices. I hope this helps!
