My RingDoorbell I cannot connected to my Wi-Fi
Omg I have spent 2 days trying to connect my device back to my Wi-Fi network, no I did not get a new router and no I did not get a new password. The wires are fine, I don’t know what to do.

Hi Neighbours! What part of the process is your Doorbell failing at? You can try a reset first, then reconnect to WiFi. To reset, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Let me know if this works.

I have no Wi-Fi connection, battery is 100%. Taken battery out, put back in, flashed blue and then nothing works. Cant get flashing white lights. Any ideas

THi @Seagull53. Which specific Doorbell model do you have? Try performing a reset on the device by pressing and holding the Setup Button for 20 seconds, then releasing. You'll know the reset was done correctly when the Doorbell enters setup mode. Let me know if this helps.
