all of a sudden ring just stopped working on my phone. i am not getting any sound or alerts and i am getting this error mesg attached.

It is best to ensure wifi signal is optimal when changing settings or in the case of a device update. I recommend moving this Chime closer to the Router to see if this improves connection and functionality. Removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device is always a great step as well.
