My Ring Intercom not working with Tegui 374290 (T-75E)

I have recently acquired a Ring Intercom which suppose to work with interphone Tegui 3742 90 (T-75E) and it is not working. I could at least have the door unlock at the front entrance in my building, but I can’t neither hear who is calling nor the caller can’t hear me. I don’t even receive notifications on my mobile.

Installation is very simple as far as the interphone only have two wires connections (2 x Bus). Then the Ring Intercom must use B-1 & B-2 wires from Ring Intercom’s cable B to connect to every Bus in the Interphone.

What could be the problem?
