My ring doorbell will not connect to wifi

I have had my doorbell and indoor camera for 3 months. The doorbell camera has stopped working and will not connect to my wifi. The battery is fully charged and my wifi is working with no change of passcode.My indoor camera is still working.Help!!

Hi @NMG1. I would recommend that you reset your Doorbell and attempt to reconnect it to wifi. To do this, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. After 1 minute, you can [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) it to wifi. Try doing this in the same room as your internet router for best results. Once it has reconnected, it will do a short update and you can then mount it back to it's original location.
