I’m trying to change the doorbell and it won’t stop flashing blue. Solid blue

Hi @Harleyjay_3688. If your Doorbell is stuck with a flashing blue light or solid blue light, try factory resetting it by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds.
