My Ring app wond find any Amazon devices

I am trying to connect my Echo Show 8 (3rd gen) to my Ring app so i can see notifications and live footage on the device.
However, when i search for a device it isnt recognising any devises linked to the amazon accounts and tells me to set one up on the Alexa app.
The device is already set up in the Alexa app and working fine.
Any help?

Hi @Sam.Taylor21. In the Alexa app, make sure the Ring Skill is learned. From there, you should be able to discover your Ring devices in the Alexa app. This will allow you to use different features, such as Alexa Routines. We have more information on the Ring and Alexa integration here. Always ensure both the Ring app and Alexa app are fully updated, and make sure you have the correct Amazon account linked with your Ring account.
