My plan has been cancelled and another one missing

Hi, I paid my subscription in December 2021 and last month I received an email saying that I had been charged of 16.33 £ and if I don’t want to pay I have to cancel my membership. I didn’t cancel it and I thought it was ok.

I also have my amex on my account, but 7 days ago they cancelled my plan instead. I am in my holiday and I cannot see my history.
