My old laptop receives notifications from Ring app, but my new replacement laptop does not

My old laptop receives PC notifications from Ring app that an alert has occurred, but my new replacement laptop does not. When my cell phone receives a ring notification to its app, I get a notification in my Windows 11 notification area that I got a Ring alert on my phone. The new replacement laptop gets no notifications and I don’t know why.Any ideas?
