My live view will not work on my phone but does on my wife's phone!

My live view will not work on my phone , but does on my wife’s phone , we have recently changed broadband provider and I have a new phone .
Everything was fine on the new phone , but shortly after changing broadband provider stopped .
My wife can still get on live view ,
Am I doing something wrong?
I have uninstalled, and reinstalled on my phone but still no joy

If yours is an Android device, it can be useful in such situations to clear the Storage for the Ring app. That way you’ll get a fresh start with the app and go through the login process from scratch.
iOS devices may do similar, but as I don’t have one I couldn’t say one way or the other.
