My internal chime has stopped working

My doorbell is working. It is hardwired to a transformer however, the internal chime loses its connection all the time I have to reset it download the firmware. Sometimes it will work but then after about an hour or so it stops working. I am fed up. This is wasting my time having to reset it all the time. Can anybody let me know the telephone number please of the customer for Ring in the UK. The doorbell is just over 12 months old now and where I purchased it from. They are no longer interested because they say it is out of warranty and it is now the responsibility of ring. Can anybody help me this is driving me crazy.

Hi @user39883. When you say internal chime, are you referring to a chime kit installed in your home, or a Ring Chime or Ring Chime Pro? If your Ring Chime or Ring Chime Pro are not ringing when you press the button on your Doorbell, our support team can take a further look at this.
