Ring App
My dashboard wont load, it just keeps spinning
Both my wife's phone and mine are Android and they both did updates to the ring app and both are doing the same thing where the login screen just keep spinning. I also get a message that says "certificate validation failed! redirecting to login" I reinstalled the app and cleared the cash for the app. Nothing help.

Looks like its time to unsubscribe to ring. 05/27/22 App still not working. Company does not care about its consumers. Fix the app im going to twitter. Give us our money back.

Same problem here. Same account, works fine on the Iphone app, while Android app is just spinning while loading the dashboard

Hi Neighbors. If your Dashboard in the Ring app is not loading, there are a few things you can try to correct this issue. First, make sure that permissions for the Ring app are allowed and enabled. Next, make sure that you do not have a [VPN](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052665251) on. You'll also want to make sure that your Ring app is up to date as well as your phone OS. Lastly, ensure you have a strong connection on your phone either through wifi or cellular data. MYou know Tom, that might make sense if we'd actually changed something but other than the latest IOS update to 16.2, everything is the same on my phone as it has been for months/years. Now, suddenly the Ring App cannot load the dashboard. In the past 3 days I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 5 times and the frequency of having to do this is increasing. It's very frustrating and I am seriously rethinking my entire security needs. I just really get tired of having to solve Ring issues every few months.
