I have one of the ring chime boxes and it got disconnected from my account at one point. The box no longer works and the button to reset it is broken. Is there a different way I can reset it. Or should I try to open it to try and press the button without the cover on
Hi @user69833. If the button is broken, there is not another way to reset the Chime. This may mean that the device is ready to be replaced.
