Multiple Echo Shows, only one chimes and displays video

When the doorbell rings. I’ve tried disabling and enabling the skill along with trashing the device on the Alexa app but still no luck.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi @ChirpingPanda. If only one Echo Show is working, it sounds like you just need to add the other Echo Shows to the list of Announcement Devices for the Doorbell in the Alexa app. To do so, follow these steps:

  • Open the Alexa app
  • Tap on Devices
  • Select All Devices
  • Select your Doorbell
  • Tap on Announcement Devices
  • Select all your Echo Shows
