Multiple Devices subscription Help

I have 2 ring devices in my home. I bought the doorbell and paid for the subscription. After I bought an indoor camera, connected it to my account, it’s now telling me that in order to review recordings on my in door camera, I have to buy another subscription. That’s ridiculous. I already have a subscription !! Is there something I’m doing wrong?!

Hi @C.Scottie69. What type of Ring Subscription are you paying for? Is it the Ring Protect Basic Plan or the Ring Protect Plus Plan? As described in this Help Center article here, the Ring Protect Basic Plan will cover one device and the Ring Protect Plus Plan will cover multiple devices at one Location. I hope this helps.
