1 phone get notices and the other one (which is the acct owners phone) does not. Have tried comparing settings and they are the same.
Hey @Nonbirdie, have you tried having the owner uninstall the Ring app, reboot their phone (turn if off/on) and then reinstall the Ring app? Give that a try and let me know if that helps!
Thank you for your quick response. I figured it out. I had a clean sweep app installed and it was killing ring notification signal. Thanks again
