Move play / pause bar to top of recording playback.

When a recording is played back the bottom 20% of the video is obsucured by the play, forwards, backwards bar. It would be really helpful if the bar could be moved by user choice to the top of the screen instead of the bottom.

Definitely a Pain in the neck. On Android can’t get rid of that black bar covering 20% of my playback screen.
