Is there a way to set the sensitivity of the motion sensor lower so that the chimes don’t go off so often? They have sounded 7-8 times today, and there’s nothing there. Maybe a bug flew by?

Hey @Nancytuso. What kind of Ring device do you have that is setting off the Chime? If you find that the videos in comparison to the alert are not valid, you can change your device’s setting in Motion Setting on that device’s profile. If you find the videos are valid, you may want to turn your Chime off from alerting you of motion, or snoozing the Chime during these high-traffic times. :slight_smile:
