Motion detection

The motion detection on my ring doorbell 2nd generation has stopped and i no longer get notifications on my phone , would be grateful if anyone can help thank you have a nice day

Please ensure the Ring device is fully charged, then attempt a setup in the Ring app. Triggering a live view from the Ring app is a quick way to confirm the device is online. If the device is online, try adjusting motion settings, as well as removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
