every now and again when we go onto the ring app, it says that the motion detection is turned off on our front door even though we’ve not turned it off and the toggle is on. Has anyone had this issue or know why this is happening?
Hi @user34418. Are you on an iOS or Android device? When it displays this message, are motion events still being recorded? I’d also recommend checking your Modes Settings to make sure you don’t have motion detection disabled in one of the Modes.
