Motion Alerts not working

Hi we’ve recently bought the Ring Stick Up Cam and placed this outside to cover our 2 cars and the path towards the door. My husband set this up on his phone, and is getting motion alerts. I tried logging in as a shared user, and also via my husbands account, but I’m still not getting any motion alerts. I’ve tried everything, is it because he’s getting them on his phone?

Hi @user37699. As a Shared User, you’ll need to make sure you have Motion Alerts toggled on by tapping the menu in the top left > Devices > Stick Up Cam > turn Motion Alerts on.
