Monthly ring subscription payment problem


I received email from Ring monthly payment for basic monthly plan is not processed and I should contact my credit card bank issuer. I dont understand why is payment update option not possible in my Ring account if I can use my credit card normally on Amazon… . can you help me solve my problem, otherwise I will not be able to use Ring video package anymore. I deleted payment card option and wanted to add once again my card, but not managed to solve anything .Now received a message contact your bank issuer=?!?
