Monitoring Service Disabled?

We pay for the full monitoring service ($10/month) and when we set the alarm to AWAY we receive a notification that Monitoring services are not set up and local authorities will not be contacted if the alarm is triggered. I need help trouble shooting why this is because we pay the full amount (checked the credit card) and are not receiving the Monitoring service.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey @agamoran. Are you able to go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Settings > Monitoring and ensure you are signed up for the Professional Monitoring under here? If you run into any errors, you can also do this from Ring.com, logging in and then hovering over your name (once logged in) and tapping on Settings. Let me know how this goes! :slight_smile:
