Money taken from my Bank Account

Good morning,

I noticed that you took a payment of £80.00 from my account yesterday (30/11/20) without giving me any prior advance OR warning OR sending me an invoice in advance.

You will no doubt tell me that this was/is in you T&C’s when i first signed up!?!

Do you always do business in this way and treat your customers like this?
