As per the title, each time I open the app the modes are not visible on the dashboard, I have to manually jump into settings and enable them again, however on my partner’s app they are still available and working as normal, any suggestions out there?
I’m using iOS 15.5 if that helps?
Hi @Spike753. Do you have an active VPN on your iOS device? If so, try disabling before opening the Ring app. Also, make sure that the Ring app has all permissions enabled and toggled on. If this doesn’t correct the issue, try capturing a screen recording or screenshot of the issue and posting it here so my team can take a closer look. Try this on WiFi and Cellular data to see if that makes a difference. Let me know how this goes!
