Hi - I’m missing the two small security screws the app tells me I need in the packaging to continue. When I try to contact customer support their UK number doesn’t work and therefore I can’t reach out to get the parts or confirm that I have the right screws in the package. It’s pretty poor of them and I wondered if anyone has had the same issue?
Hi @user48304. I’m not sure which device you have, but you can locate all of our Spare Parts Kits here on our website. You can also contact our support team at one of the numbers here to request a replacement security screw. Make sure you’re reaching out during the hours of operation.
