Missing security screw

I don't see the security screw in my kit that holds the cover on from the bottom. Where do I get this? I have the Ring Doorbell 2

    I had the same issue - seem to be common occurence. Just contact Ring - by phone or online chat. I spoke to an agent on online chat and they despatched the missing screws to me right away.
