Mailbox sensor no longer works

I recieved and installed this about 4-6 weeks ago and it worked fine for about 2 weeks and since has been very sporadic and for the past 2 weeks not working at all. 2 weeks ago I changed the batteries thinking that was the problem and that helped it for one day. My base unit has an excellent connection to my router and the sensor is about 25-30 feet away through an aluminum garage door. As I write this, the bridge signal is Good and online but the sensor is offline and until I can it online again, it gives no status. I have it linked to a Ring camera that produces a video and alerts me when someone opens the mailbox door. All of that I figured out and it works fine, when it works but as I mentioned it hasn’t worked at all for the past 2 weeks.

Since there has been sporadic connection over the last 2 weeks, our support team should be able to identify any inconsistencies that are contributing to this issue. Our mailbox sensor also went down and had not come back online. Replaced batteries and still a no go. Never had a problem with until now.
