Am having issue with my stick up camera that works on battery. it is same error that others are receiving on their wired cameras.
i have done the normal steps of removing and setting up the camera again. i’ve uninstalled the app as well.
I believe the issue is with the app itself. If i login on the website the camera works fine so it’s got to be the app!
Hi @Gatorjoe. To clarify, are you receiving a message that your Stick Up Cam’s battery is low? Make sure to fully charge it with the provided charging cable for about 6-8 hours, then put the battery back in the Camera. Perform a quick reboot once the fully charged battery is inserted, and the percentage should be updated. If it’s not, please follow up with our support team at one of the numbers available here.
