Lost with no support

Is anyone else completely frustrated in trying to get support for a product or app issue? Are you being redirected to and endless maze of useless new tabs and other useless junk. I haven’t been able to get help for months. It used to be so easy to ask questions and get answers.

Dear Ring - give me back my $100 yearly fee if you are not offering support anymore.

I agree! I’ve been trying to get some help with my RING 2nd Generation door bell. It has stopped working.



I need help!

My RING Door Bell has stopped working. It works when plugged into the mains on charge but as soon as I put it back outside it dies!
Nothing! not even a light! It shows on my phone that the WiFi signal is GOOD and the battery is 100%. But nothing!

Please can you help?

I’m losing deliveries and missing people because I don’t hear anyone at the door.


Hi @NONNA. What model doorbell do you have? If possible, try to reset your doorbell then reconnect it to wifi. To reset your doorbell, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. After you reconnect your doorbell, the firmware will update and the doorbell should resume normal function. I hope this helps!
