Does anyone know if there is any possible way to recover lost footage??!! I am new to using Ring camera’s and I was under the impression that the camera’s were set at a default setting of 180 days to keep the footage but they were actually set at 30 days!!! I really need this footage. I have seen softwares online that claim to be able to recover the footage but there has to be another way. Please help.
Hi @user81230. Unfortunately, video recordings cannot be recovered at all once they have been deleted. This Help Center page will show you how to adjust your video storage time so your new videos store for the amount of time you would like.
