Hi for some reason I’ve lost all my contact sensors off my ring alarm and it won’t allow my to reinstall?? Not sure what I’m doing wrong can someone advise thanks
Hi @user60315. Can you share a few more details about this? What do you mean they’re lost? Can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing in the Ring app? Do they still chirp when you open a door? Typically, Contact Sensors are nested under the Base Station in the Ring app. What version of the Ring app do you have? What type of phone/OS version? If you take off a Contact Sensor cover, do you get a tampered message? Thanks for this information, neighbor?

Hi Tom
Thanks for your reply please see the attached picture showing my ring alarm.
I have an iphone13 with current iOS update, as you can see the contact sensors aren’t showing, I don’t get any chirp or tampering message.
I don’t have any way of reinstalling them ?
Could you advise
Thanks
Hi again all I have now resolved the problem by re scanning each item back on and this has now built the sensors tab,
Thanks again for the initial reply
Hi @user60315. Thank you for the image. I would suggest following the directions on this Help Center article here. You can reset the device and add it to your system.
