Lost connection to Router

Hi whilst away at the weekend all my Ring products disconnected, probably due to the router dropping out with a power cut, however, when the power came back my none of my ring products were able to connect to my router and i could not get this working until i came home and rebooted the devices. What is the fix to this. We are due to go away on holiday next month and if the same happens again i will have no way of checking in on my property?

Hi @user15316. I’d recommend checking the RSSI on your Ring devices, as an unstable or weak connection can prevent your devices from automatically reconnecting to wifi after a temporary outage. You might also want to review the ports and protocols used by Ring devices to ensure they are all open and not impacting the connection.
