Basically I would like my GU10 lights to come on themselves when there is motion on the camera or someone rings the doorbell. Would this 4lite WiZ Connected LED SMART GU10 Light Bulb or anything similar do the trick?

you can do this using alexa routines (you don’t need a alexa device if the bulbs are wifi)
