Live view stopped working with latest samsung update

After the recent Samsung family hub software version (TIZEN 4.0), my ring doorbell camera view stopped working. The ring app version on the family hub is up-to-date (4.1.12)I am seeing the following message "Video streaming is not available due to the network problem" (attached screenshot)What I tried:1.) Made sure that the doorbell and the family hub connected to the same network2.) Deleted app's cache and logged into the appPS 1: I am able to see the live stream of the doorbell camera from the mobile app.PS 2: I am able to see live stream of other stick cameras that I have without any problem from the family hubThanks for your help-Rama

    Hi, In case if you haven't tried it already. Here is what worked for me. Go to Samsung apps -> select Ring -> ensure it is 4.1.25 version, then push clear data button (this will kick you out from Ring app) and login back with your credential. version .25 has resolved the issue

      Same issue here. Bought the new ring video doorbell pro 2. Paired it with my Samsung family hub fridge and it would work for Live view for a bit. But then eventually will stop working and say there was a network issue. The only way to resolve it was to Repair the Pro 2 doorbell and log out and bac

    I'm on version 4.1.33 and having this issue. I'm extremely disappointed, this is the only reason I bought the ring doorbell and I made sure I paid extra for a decent picture. I have tried every step mentioned in this thread, I even got a new router as the error reads like there's a network connection issue. Not happy.

      Ever since last samsung update I keep seeing can't load your locations. I do not have this problem when logging in from my computerIt also cause problems with Android auto so this really seems like a Samsung issue.
