Live view only works in PC browser and not when using Ring App for Android or iPad

Hi @DET100. There are no specific limitations on Live View that would prevent you from using it during your Ring Protect Trial. Since you are able to access Live View on the browser, this indicates it is not a connection issue with the Stick Up Cams. If you have a VPN on your mobile devices, make sure it is disabled as the Ring app is not compatible with the use of a VPN. I’d also recommend testing the Live View on both wifi and cellular data on your mobile devices to see if this concern persists across both connections.
