Live view on the website doesn't work

Hello, I am very upset that you guys have decided to end support for the windows Ring app. I want to state that first and foremost. Second, your replacement, ring.com website doesn’t work. I can view history, but if I try and look at live-view of my ring floodlight camera or my doorbell, it sits there saying “Activating Live View” continuously, without end. Please help fix this.
