Live view not working on pc

When I attempt to do a live view on my pc using chrome browser or edge the video never loads. Just a grey screen showing “Activating Live View…” and a spinning circle. when I close the pop up live view and go to history there is a video recording of the live view.
This happens on all cameras. 2 Spotlight Cams, an indoor cam, and a video doorbell pro. Live view works fine in the app.
Any ideas? Customer Support call just told me “you have to change the settings on your pc” not which settings.

Hi @Huggs. You’ll want to ensure that the internet browser you’re using is fully updated to ensure for the best experience. You can find a list of which web browsers are supported in our Help Center Article here. Additionally, make sure that the web browser has permission to use your computer’s microphone. You’ll have to go into the browser’s settings to enable the microphone for a specific website. I hope that helps! :slight_smile:

using approved browsers and also have the mircrophone enabled. still an issue. device health is anywhere from 35 to 45.

This should help you narrow down the specific cause of the Live View not loading for you. Additionally, make sure any VPNs you’re using are disabled when you’re accessing Ring.com, as VPNs will impact this.
