The Ring Community is a public forum and it is not a direct line to our support team. It is a space where neighbors can interact with one another to find solutions, and our team can help with general troubleshooting assistance. More technical or advanced problems may require you to reach out to our support team.
As for the Feature Request board, this is the board where neighbors can share their ideas and suggestions for new feature updates or products. Our team will still moderate this board and consolidate duplicate requests, but we are not going to respond to every post that is created. If we have relevant information to share on a particular request, we will do so when that information is available to be shared. Thank you for being a member of the Community.
Can you tell me why we have a “request board” if the our team doesn´t see and work on solutions?
There are a tons of requests, “voted” by the costumers, and the support team doesn´t work!!!

This is a 2018 thread, when It’s the #1 requested issue, and something that you announced in 2018 would be coming soon. If there’s no plan on implementing this feature, can you explain why to the community?
