The best first step is to check your [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229) in the device health section of your Ring app. Good signal is a great start! Next, you'll want to check your Mobile device connection. Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device.
