Live Video and Alerts Issue

For some reason I can’t connect to live video of my Ring Doorbell and I’m no longer getting alerts when there’s motion in front of the house. The Wi-Fi is perfect, the alerts are set as I’d like and still I can’t access live video nor am I getting any alerts.

Hi there, @Alejandro112091! Often times, when a device is not longer connecting to live view and no longer notifying for motion events, this is an indicator that the device might be offline. The best next step will be to check on your event history, to see if any events are recordings, even though they are not notifying. If there are recordings, this means the device is online but might need some adjustment in settings. If there are no recordings, this will mean the device fell offline and needs to be setup again, or reconnected.

Removing and reinstalling the Ring app is always a great step to ensure it is up to date. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
