I granted my wife access to the doorbell and cameras but the invitation does not show in her app. Any ideas as to why?
Hi @Norzander. I would ensure that the Shared User is checking their email for the invitation. If they don’t see it right away, it is possible that it’s in a junk/spam folder. This Help Center article here will outline the steps required for added a Shared User. I hope this helps.
I have a similar issue, except from your wifes point of view. And I get the email, but can never actually “Manage the request” like the email says. Something’s not quite right with the Shared User functionality.
